And if you struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can be a great idea. It can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health. In this challenge you will be provided with daily prompts for journaling to guide you on a short journey of discovery. You will be asked to reflect on each days journaling to see what has come up, what has resolved, and what might be things you need a little more help with.
