About me!

I have held many different roles in my life, both personal and professional, and they have all brought me to this point.

I have worked in hostels for the homeless and young people. I qualified as a social worker and worked in child protection. I have worked in housing support, housing management and anti-social behaviour resolution. I have worked as an IT consultant, a business analyst and project manager.  I have run my own business, a Sing and Sign franchise, teaching parents to sign with their babies so they can communicate before speech, and I run this business, Life After Birth to support and enable you to be your best self on your parenting journey.

I have begun training in the Pikler approach and am studying child development and neuroscience.

I am a parent to two amazing young people who continuously amaze and fascinate me with their interests, developing opinions and outlooks on the world.

 It feels like a culmination of many of the skills and experience I have developed over the years and I am so excited about bringing these amazing opportunities to you focusing on wellbeing in early parenting.
