...and suddenly you are a parent. You longed for not being pregnant in order to be able to sleep and get comfortable. You had dreams of how it was all going to be. Trouble is, in reality it's not always how we expected. Things we never considered suddenly jump out at us and it's a struggle. How do others seem to make it look so easy? Why did no one ever tell you what to really expect?

Our Beyond Birth courses are specifically designed to give you the tools you need to manage your mental wellbeing and be the best version of yourself you can be.
You are worth the investment of time to learn these skills and habits which will enable you to be a happier and calmer parent and be more available for your baby.
Whilst some focus is on the birthing parent, because of additional hormone challenges that come with a pregnancy and giving birth, Beyond Birth groups, individual sessions and parenting coaching is available to all new parents regardless of gender or role.
